Contact form
When you use the contact form, we process the data you enter: your name, your e-mail address, your telephone number where given, and the content of your message. This data reaches us by e-mail and is not stored in a database on this website.
Please do not send sensitive information about your health through this form. Personal information concerning your health will be discussed at the practice during your consultation.
Server log files
Each time the site is accessed, our host automatically records technical data: IP address, date and time of the request, page accessed, browser and operating system used. This information serves solely to operate and secure the website. It is not linked to your identity.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Handling your enquiry — legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Security and operation of the website — legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure and available site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4. Recipients
Your data is neither sold, rented, nor passed on to third parties for advertising purposes.
The website is hosted by amyma web S.à r.l., 14 rue Strachen, L-6933 Mensdorf, on servers located in Germany, under a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.
5. Retention
Messages received through the form are kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and deleted at the latest twelve months after the last exchange — unless an ongoing relationship has been established or a legal obligation requires longer retention.
Server log files are kept only for as long as these purposes require, and are then overwritten automatically by rotation.
6. Cookies and third-party services
This website uses no tracking cookies, no analytics tools and no advertising profiling.
Google Maps
The contact page embeds maps provided by Google Maps (Google Ireland Limited). These maps load only after you explicitly click. Until you activate them, no data is sent to Google. Once activated, your IP address is transmitted to Google and a transfer to the United States cannot be excluded. See Google's privacy policy for details.
Fonts
The fonts used on this website are served from our own servers. No connection to a third-party service is made to display them.
Social media
The footer contains links to our LinkedIn, Facebook and X (formerly Twitter) profiles. These are ordinary links with no embedded widgets: no data is transmitted unless you click.
It also contains a preview of our Facebook page, provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited. This preview loads only after you explicitly click. Until you activate it, no data is sent to Facebook. Once activated, your IP address is transmitted to Facebook and a transfer outside the European Union cannot be excluded. See Meta's privacy policy.
7. Your rights
You have the right at any time to access, rectify, erase, restrict the processing of, object to the processing of, and port your data. Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time; this does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.

Independently of this policy, the practice is bound by professional confidentiality. Information exchanged in the course of psychological care is protected by professional confidentiality, which goes beyond the requirements of the GDPR.
9. Security
This website is accessible exclusively over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). The data you enter in the form is transmitted in encrypted form.
10. Changes
This policy may be adapted if the website or the legal framework changes. The version published on this page is the authoritative one.
